Libbi, a founding partner of Levine Segev LLC and a licensed real estate broker, is a third-generation Coloradoan. Prior to the formation of Levine Segev LLC, Libbi practiced with a well-known, mid-size, downtown Denver law firm. Libbi concentrates her practice on real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing matters, development and finance transactions, evictions, foreclosures, property tax assessments and appeals, business planning and formation, and estate and charitable planning. Her clients include individuals, families and businesses, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, commercial and residential developers, and banks and other financial institutions.

Libbi’s unique educational background has allowed her to better serve her clients. Earning her Bachelors of Arts from Brandeis University, both her Juris Doctorate and Masters of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and an LLM (concentration in taxation and real property) from New York University, Libbi is able to see the big picture, yet focus on the important details of each of her clients’ matters.

Libbi has co-authored numerous publications and has taught at the University of Denver. When she is not wearing her lawyer hat, broker hat, author hat, or professor hat, Libbi enjoys spending time with her family and relieving some stress via the basketball court.
