Aviv is a founding member of Levine Segev LLC. He has experience in the areas of general business and real estate litigation, residential and commercial real estate financing, business and real estate transactions, and immigration. Since the formation of Levine Segev LLC, Aviv has acquired significant experience in representing landlords in commercial and residential lease disputes and evictions. Prior to the formation of Levine Segev LLC, Aviv practiced with a well-known, mid-size, downtown Denver law firm. His clients include individuals, families and small businesses, employers, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, commercial and residential developers, and banks and other financial institutions.

Aviv’s impressive legal experience is supplemented by his significant experience in other fields. In high school, Aviv was a member of the Israeli National Swim Team. He competed in numerous international competitions and held a handful of national and international records. Aviv was hand-selected to join the Israeli Defense Forces as a Navy Seal, and continued to use his athletic and intellectual abilities during his service.

Aviv completed his undergraduate degree with flying colors, exemplified by his perfect 4.0 GPA. Following college, and prior to law school, Aviv was chosen among a large pool of applicants to participate in the Urban Fellows Program. As an Urban Fellow, Aviv worked in New York City, where he assisted the Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Planning and Programs for the Department of Correction. It was Aviv’s year as an Urban Fellow that solidified his desire to become an attorney. Aviv returned to Denver where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Denver.
